I'm truly very sorry for the family and friends of Barb. We lived next door to her on Main Street in Gasport for 6 years and she was a very kind neighbor. I'll never forget when I lost my Grandma, Barb noticed I seemed off. She embraced me with a hug and offered to mow my lawn because things were so crazy at the time. My girls loved playing with her dogs when they were very little. And we felt bad when Barb was sad when she found out we were moving. She was a lovely woman. May God Bless You and Guide you in your time of sorrow. Rest In Peace Barb.

Barb's daily Facebook posts kept a lot of people going - some just about her life, some spiritual and some inspirational. I think there was not one day she missed. That is how I reconnected with her. We were classmates at St. Teresa's grade school and then the many years intervened. We were never actually friends during those years at STS but I remember her vividly. When we reconnected I had to remind her who I was!! Regardless, I felt like we were friends after that. I guess I could say I was a "Barb Quester follower". She always had something to say and she shared a lot about her life (including the Mustang which I know she will miss bringing out this year) - I am sure I am not alone in that a lot of folks felt connected to her in this way.
My prayers for the family left behind - she was a huge force in a small body! Feel reassured in knowing she touched many lives and she will not be forgotten.

I am so sorry to hear about Barb’s passing. She was such a kind and caring woman. I was able to get to know her while working with her annually on scholarships that she would donate each year to our students at Roy- Hart. This was something near and dear to her heart. She will be missed and I am blessed to have known her.

Dear family members and friends of Barb,
I've been a friend for the last 45 years and thought so much of this wonderful gal. We were riding buddies for years. Even though we moved away in 92, we stayed in contact. My husband and I are deeply sorry to hear of Barbs passing and hope that time will heal the sorrow and pain you now feel. Sweet memories will be with us all.
With deepest sympathy, Bev and Rocky
