Obituary of William G. Hertweck

Hertweck, William G. Brockport: Passed away on Saturday July 16, 2016 at the age of 76. Predeceased by his brother John, sister Joan (Henry) Wehner and brother in law Richard Hodes. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Diana; children Michael, Lynn, and Mark (Cindy), granddaughter Maia, sister Dorothy Hodes, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill was a Guidance Counselor with the Brockport Central Scholl District for 33 years, a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus and an Eagle Scout. He was also an actively involved member of the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church for many years. Family and friends may call on Friday July 22, from 1-4 PM at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., 340 West Ave., Brockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 9:30 AM in Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 152 Main St., Brockport, followed by interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute to the Alzheimer's Association.
