Bill was the nicest most generous man I have known. We grew up with the Hertwecks and he was part of our family. I will miss him calling me "Krissy" when he saw me and forever be grateful to him for going to the courthouse with me to pray when I was going through the most difficult time in my life. Bill dressed up as Santa for years for all the Viscardi grandchildren. My prayers and condolences are with Dee, Mike, Lynn and Mark. He will be missed.
