Please accept my deepest sympathy for I too know the pain of losing someone as special as a mom. May your family find comfort as I have in knowing that our loving heavenly Father promises us that very soon he will 'swallow up death forever, and certainly wipe the tears from all faces.' (Isaiah 25:8) What a wonderful day that will be!

I have so many memories of Aunt Myrtle it is hard to write just a few. As you know I stayed with your family during the week when I was about 3. Your Mom was like a second mother to me.We spent a lot of time together - my family and yours. It seemed like she always had a smile on her face for me. She loved bragging about her boys and then the grandkids. And oh how she loved her cats. She always sent me pictures of the cat or the grandkids - she loved them both. I am sorry for your loss. I know she has a special spot in your heart - mine too!

Tom and Jim: Mom and I were sorry to read of Aunt Myrtle's passing. Every year especially at Thanksgiving I remember and drool over her rolls. Please let me know when memorial service is held so I can try to attend. My thoughts are with you.
