Shari, Chuck and family, my deepest condolences. Working with Fay at RPD/GM for 25 years for me was a very positive experience. Fay was so skilled at being a great human being. He was just a natural at it and it earned him a lot of respect. I so enjoyed his humorous comments and perspectives that frequently turned the heat down in potentially contentious situations.
Rest in peace good buddy.

Shari I am so sorry to hear of Fay’s passing. He was a good man. I enjoyed the times we worked together at the Hamlin Town Hall. I’m sorry we will not make it to his services as we are in Virginia helping out with our grandchildren. Please know you and your family are in our prayers and thoughts.

I first met Fay when I was hired at General Motors as a Security Officer. He too was a Security Office at GM before moving up the ranks to Plant Manager. You could just sense that he respected you when you were talking with him, and he was one of the few that truly was transparent and approachable. Rest In Peace "Shaker" and God Bless you and your family.

I first met "Shaker" when I was 12 years old. We played Little League Baseball for Morton and "Shaker" was our pitcher. He was a great player and a pleasure to play with. After I graduated high school I worked for Duffy Mott's in Hamlin. It was here that I renewed our friendship. His Dad owned the Homestead across the road and for the next couple years I had lunch there for more times than I can remember, he tended bar at that time. I lost track of him when I joined the Air Force and left the area for good. I had heard he went to General Motors later in. Over the years I thought about him and how his life had been. From what I've read here it sounds like it was as I would have expected of him.
My condolences to his wife and family for their loss.

I enjoyed spending time with Shaker and him showing me around Hamlin. Everywhere we went someone knew him. Everyone always greeted him with open arms and were glad to see him and talked about him doing this or that for someone. He was such a wonderful family man. He absolutely adored his kids and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed

I am so sorry for this loss. Fay was a wonderful man. I remember when he so wonderfully opened his arms to my nephew and niece, and included them into his family. May God watch over him and his family. Sending love to the everyone.

I am saddened to read of Fay's death. I worked with him for many years at Rochester Products-Delphi. He was good people and easy to work with, I will never forget his 'I am disappointed in you' speech to one of our vendors who had caused problems in his department. That speech was eloquent in his delivery!
May God's Peace be on your whole Family.
