Bob was a man who would do anything he could to help us out. On many occasions he came down to our house to help John work on the cars, or help with some "project" around the house. When John would go work out of town, I could, and did, call Bob if I ever needed help. He was ALWAYS there if I needed a helping hand. We became good friends with both Bob and Debbie over the past few years. For that I am grateful. Bob will be missed, but we are lucky to have been able to share our lives with him for a short time. Rest in peace our friend.

We are so sadden by the unxpected ending of our sons life. Are only consolation was the he was taken away while doing what he loved to do. He was blessed with a loving wife, wonderful children and family who loved him. Bobby enjoyed life and he will be missed by us all. The saddest part is we never got to say goodbye. May God keep him safe. Love Mom and Dad and family.

Bob loved to work on cars and he helped anyone that needed it. He loved his Nascar #24 (Jeff Gordon). He will always be remembered & missed by his wife and chilren very much.

I knew Bob from his work at Northside Service Center and can only say that he was always thoughtful and kind - as well as being very good at what he did for a living. On more than a few occasions he went out of his way to help me out on very short notice. Bob was a really gracious person, and my thoughts go out to the family.

i just found out today of Bob's passing. He had just done work on my car before i left on vacation. I was away till the 16th. I am so very sorry for your loss. He was the nicest person. We always talked about our kids, and his daughter in college. So sorry. this is a great loss.

We have been customers of Northside Service Center for the past 10 years, and have had the privilege of knowing Bob. To us he was the face of Northside and on many occasions he went out of his way to help us out. He was a great guy and as Lance stated, he will be irreplaceable. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and all those who worked with him at Northside.

I just learned about Bob when I brought my car in to Northside . . . I'm shocked! I'm so terribly sorry for your loss! Bob was probably the most talented customer service representative I've ever met in any field. He treated everyone as if they were a friend or family, was always helpful, thoroughly knowledgeable & extremely efficient. What a loss for Northside.
