Fran was a long and devoted friend and employee of mine for many years in the insurance business. She and her entire family were avid sports fans and helped immeasurably in the Pop Warner Football Program.
Whenever I visited her after my return to the Brockport area, despite her health problems, she always had a smile and an infectious positive attitude. Her love and total involvement with her family was her life and her pride in all of them was insurmountable.
The door was always open and she never missed birthday and Christmas cards. She was a special lady, Chuck's hero.
She is an inspiration to all that were fortunate to know her.... she will be missed but leaves a human legacy for all to be proud of. Heaven has been greatly enriched!!!
