To the Man I loved for 25 years has now passed. I'm writing this with great sorrow. It's very hard to just walk away from someone that you loved for that long and helped through sickness the last 6 years. He was an awesome Father, Uncle and Husband. He loved his New York Jets and being home with his son. The look he had in his eyes for his son was like no other. His son was the best thing in is eyes. From the time he found out I was having a boy the smile on his face said it all. He couldn't wait to take his son everywhere. He had to have a cap on his head just like Dad. When he was old enough he use to go to Marcin Heating on Saturdays with Rob and pick up Scrap Metal off the floor for recycling with a magnet. I'll never forget moving into our home in Lyndonville and Rob brought home 2 cows. Rob wanted to make sure Robby experienced farm life and hard work. Rob always made sure we had what we needed. He was a very hard working man. Always tinkering around the farm, garden or mowing that huge lawn. When our son moved in our now daughter in law, he had a few stern words. But shortly became like a daughter father relationship that had grown into something wonderful. I think when they got married Rob had hope again that things were right in the world. I loved this man with all my heart and never wanted any of this to happen but god has a plan for all of us. This is not the plan I wanted for Me our Son and Daughter in-law. We have lost such a great man. It will be very hard to pick up the pieces and go on without him.

Having just lost my own brother, I am full of sympathy for you over your loss! I wish there was more I could say besides, "I'm praying for you" and "Let us know if we can help in any way!"
