Hamlin: Passed away January 31, 2016 age 70. Predeceased by her husband Wilson J. Hoy and her siblings. She is survived by her daughters Genny Raye (Mitchell) Messing and Billie Jo Vanhoy, grandchildren Nicholas and Amanda Vanhoy, great-granddaughter Kendall Vanhoy, sisters Betty Jean Davis and Della Wilson, special friend Scottie Hamilton, several nieces, nephews and many dear friends. There will be no prior calling hours. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fowler Funeral Home Inc.
