Hamlin: On Sunday June 8, 2014 age 96. Predeceased by her husband James, sons John (Suzanne) and Paul and brother Robert Thorpe. She is survived by her granddaughter Beth Ann Benner of Virginia, 3 great-grandchildren, foster son John Arthur Smith, several nieces and nephews, very dear friends Marnie and John Ryan and Lori Ryan.
There will be no prior calling hours. A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 14 at 11 am in Concordia Lutheran Church, Fourth Section Rd. Brockport. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute to Concordia Lutheran Church.
