My wife and myself extend our condolences to the Fogg family. We are cousins from Ontario and my mother, Ruth Fogg Bates, remembers both Elsie and Victor when she visited them in Rochester and they visited her parents at their farm in Orono, Ontario. They are both remembered fondly by mother
