Cape Vincent/Penn Yan: On Monday December 12, 2012 at the age of 93. Predeceased by her husbands Jack Rowe and Duane Chapin. She is survived by her children Sue (Gary) Malak, Douglas (Trudy) Rowe, Jay (Carol Camping) Rowe, step-children Thomas and Maryellen Chapinseveral grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother Wilbur H. (Margaret) Cooper, several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 pm at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc. 340 West Ave Brockport, where her funeral service will be held Thurdsay at 1 pm. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in Doris’ memory to Cape Vincent United Methodist Church, PO Box 593, Cape Vincent, NY 13618.
