Beth had pizzazz! Down-to-earth, extremely loyal, but enough of a wild side (fun-loving) for others to take notice of her.
She was an obvious animal lover with two huge white dogs.
I am honored to have been in her presence.
Love to Chaz, her family and all who knew her.

Aunt B......where to begin. I will forever remember all of the happy memories. You and Chaz took me in during my Brockport years from all the loads of laundry, to the countless meals, all of the dog and kitten snuggles, to the bounce house for my graduation party. All of our fishing weekends and picking out pumpkins to paint, shirt designs (and not realizing we put "beer" on the one, poor Owen got yelled at for wearing it to school). I'll miss the confetti in your cards as much as I cursed you every time I opened one. I'll miss the happiness in your voice when we called that Ryan proposed and then the way your eyes lit up when I asked if you were ready to create another baby blanket. Here's to the family you choose, we love you and will forever be Brockport proud.
Love- your Courts and Ryan

Q: What will you never forget about Elizabeth?
A: I’ll always remember the giant white dog that was like a polar bear to us as kids. Hope you’re up there partying looking over everyone.

Aunt B, I miss you, love you and idolize you. From the confetti to the tough love. There’s no one quiet like you. You’ve cared and helped so many of us throughout our life’s journeys. I’ll miss all the laughs we shared and faces we made. No matter how stressful or joyful life was, you were always consistent and clear minded. I will forever see you as an inspiration and role model. Xoxo

Oh Bef - how I miss you! You are truly my second mother, there for me since almost day 1 - with arms wide open. My mom has told me the story of how we all met a million times. It was some 41 years and 7 months ago deplaning in Italy where dad and Char were stationed together. Mom’s hands were so full with me - a two-month old, a diaper bag, a carrier, etc and young, 19 year old Beth stopped and asked mom if she needed help. You were probably thinking she would hand you the diaper bag given you were a complete stranger but no, she handed you me! At that time, little did we know, your simple, kind gesture would turn into a lifetime of memories to cherish and a bond that could not be broken by time nor distance. You were there for me through so many big life events and you taught me so much! From my first steps to teaching me how to swim and bowl, countless birthdays, how to become a woman to getting my first tattoo, graduating high school and then college - three times, breaking my arm, buying my first house, getting married, losing my only baby, changing many many a jobs, going to Long Island when I was a kid or to the Bahamas when I was an adult, rafting and fishing weekends, to all the in-between, less memorable moments. I learned my love of animals from you too! Anyone that knows you, knows your compassion and dedication to helping helpless animals of all kinds. To the chicken I rescued from the research lab and brought home to you and Char when I lived with y’all, to the bunny rabbits found in my backyard and all the kittens and puppies that came in between. As I write this I realize that I can never do justice to the tremendous impact that the love and support you and Char have always shown me has had on my life. All I can say is that I am so grateful you and Char are part of mine! You will forever be loved and missed!

Saying goodbye is always so hard. Beth was always generous with her time, whether it was with animals or people. Beth and Chaz took Courtney under their wings when she was at Brockport for school, giving her a place to do laundry and get fed! Beth was one of my favorite people to watch a comedy movie with. I will never forget her laugh. As my Joshua (aka loudmouth per B), described her, "she was one cool lady." Chaz, we will always be here for you. Beth, goodbye until we see you again. ❤ Love....Kimbo and Daddy aka Kim and Mike

Oh Beth - we have had a lifetime of friendship! You are a second mother to our Ruthie! I am so grateful I got to spend 2 weeks catching up with you and Char back in August. That time is made even more precious since it was our last together. You truly were a light in the darkness, full of love and laughter. You are loved and greatly missed my friend!

Beth was always at the Olsen house back in the 80s on long island. Whenever there was a big party there, Beth was a bug fun part of it. Beth had a warm heart, a great sense of humor and so much loyalty to the Olsen family. Candi is my best friend of about 40 years. I'm so thankful I got to know Beth. She will be greatly missed.

What a great friend Beth was. During college breaks I would be in Virginia Beach laying on the floor of her living room at Wolfsnare, with Cookie next to me, laughing and laughing. There were New Years Eve parties at a beach hotel and a birthday party in Brockport. The trip we all took to Niagara Falls and the amusement park was one of the best ever. Beth was always a bit crazy, always hilarious. Once you met her, you never forgot her. She loved animals and gave her heart and her time to them even when she was in pain. She was one of a kind.

Beth is my oldest friend. We meet 55 years ago when we were 8 in the girl scouts. We spent may years as part of each other's family. When we graduated from high school she moved into my parents house for the summer. 1977 what a summer we had. I introduced her to Charlie and we married brothers. We've remained friends over the years. So glad I saw her 6 weeks ago when I was home. You don't make friends like this everyday and I was lucky to have her as my friend. Love you Beth and I'll miss you.

I have so many memories from meeting “Bef” at the SPCA- we clicked instantly- shared a home briefly during the hottest hurricane season- she was there for both of my babies’ births- my maid of honour at my wedding the first to know the deepest secrets- the one to honor them as that- always the best laugh- on cue with the inside jokes- I wasn’t there enough for you, but, you were always there for me - in person or in spirit- I will miss you forever, my dear friend. I love you! RIP. No pain with all the dogs ( and maybe cats, too).

Our B,
Where to begin.. So many great memories we will all have to cherish. When you met Beth you'd never forget her she was truly ONE OF A KIND. If you didn't hear her first you'd certainly see her. Always wearing bright colors or Buffalo Bill's attire she always stood out. Probably why her and I got along so well, you could always hear the "F" bomb from one of our mouths. She always enjoyed my horses and her love for all animals was heartfelt. Our memories are endless, from trips to Long Island, Virginia, Brockport, Port Crane, Arizona and of course MEXICO. No matter where we were there was lots of laughter. Most of us will all hold the memories of Salmon Fishing and B driving around on her Quad. B, you will be missed terribly but NEVER forgotten. We will always be forever grateful to CHAZ for always being there for you. His strength at times was simply AMAZING! You will NEVER be alone Chaz. I could go on forever but I'm probably limited to how many pages I can hog in this book. So until we meet again, rest in peace B and we'll keep Chaz in line. Thank you for the memories!
