Obituary of Barbara A. Mazzacano

Barbara A. Mazzacano, 80, of Greece, NY passed away surrounded by family on December 19, 2021. Barbara was born in Queens, NY November 12, 1941 to Joseph and Leah (Bates) Mazzacano.

Barbara graduated with her RN from Long Island College Hospital. She was a longtime addiction counselor at Park Ridge as well as a Psychiatric Nurse at Rochester Psychiatric Center. However, her biggest job was raising 5 children. Barbara enjoyed volunteering with the American Red Cross and WXXI.

Barbara was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Leah Mazzacano, her son-in-law Anthony Eibl, her granddaughter Harper Pearl Fernandez and her furry friends Reggie, Josie and Betty.

She is survived by her 5 children Jennifer Eibl, Christine (Michael) Crane, Patrick (Malissa Simpson) Fernandez, John Paul (Shanna) Fernandez and David (Angela) Fernandez. Also surviving is her brother Paul (Fran) Mazzacano and nieces, Laura Mazzacano and Teresa Moe.

Her greatest joy was being Graham Cracker, Grandma or Nonna to her grandchildren, Michael Crane, Stephen Crane, Joseph Crane, Samantha Chatfield, Kendall Eibl, Cody Crane, Johnathan Eibl, Abigail Pearl Fernandez, Noah Fernandez and David Fernandez Jr. 

As our mother would say, “See you next turn in the road."

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 2 – 4 PM at Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., 340 West Ave., Brockport with a Service to follow at 4 PM. www.fowlerfuneralhomeinc.com
