The pain caused by death is something that we will never get use to because God's Word refers to it as 'the last enemy.' May you find comfort in knowing that our loving heavenly Father Jehovah promises us that very soon he will bring our enemy 'to nothing' by means of his son Jesus. (1Corinthians 15:26) What a wonderful day that will be!

Karleen, Grant & Heather: My sincere sympathy for your loss. As a teacher with Bruce for many years, I will remember him as a sincere, smiling gentleman. He cared for his students and coworkers alike, with integrity and his sense of humor. He loved his history and a good patriotic song! He will be remembered long in the Kendall community.

Dear Heather, Your dad was so loved by those who taught with him. He was funny and warm and caring. I'm sorry for your loss. I wonder what tricks he has up his sleeve in heaven. I hope he's sharing his wonderful smile. Shalom to you. Mrs. Moore, your former teacher and your dad's friend.

I did not know Bruce for a long time but I met him at the Fitness Warehouse in Hilton. When I first joined I was trying to figure out how to run the treadmill and he immediately helped me out, very nice and definitely a socialable person. I know that he loved his cycling classes and he never missed one, he always had a smile for everybody. It is such a tragedy that he left this world too soon, my thoughts and prayers are with his family.

We are really going to miss you Bruce. Your enthusiasm, encouragement, thoughtfulness and advice will be greatly missed. The Fitness Warehouse family has also lost a true friend. We are going to miss you so much and of course your twelve hour workouts and the spinning classes will not be the same. And of course, where is that Mountain Dew? Rest in peace Bruce.
