Obituary of Tammy L. Manenti
Tammy Lynn Manenti left us suddenly at age 57 on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. She was a wonderful, self-sacrificing woman, a wonderful daughter, wife, loving and caring mother, sister, friend, and faithful Witness of Jehovah God.
She leaves behind her mother Karen Eleanor Kifer, her husband David J. Manenti, her precious children Erica Karen Manenti, Sara Lynn Koch, Jesse David (Paige) Manenti, and Rachel Jean Manenti. There was nothing she would not do for her children, in fact, she was like a mama wolf -- you couldn't even say anything bad about one of her kid's DOGS!!
She also will be greatly missed by her siblings Lauri Ann Kifer, Lisa Marie Kifer, Michael Dennis (Jodie) Kifer, Linda Jean Horton and Eric Earl Horton. Tammy was very self-sacrificing with them as well. She gave Lisa a place to live for four years; Lisa says that if it wasn't for her, she wouldn't have had anywhere to live and that Tammy reminded her that she would always have a place to go.
Tammy spent much time caring for her precious grandson Sawyer Lane, her "Babe," as she called him, playing endless games with him with his action figures. She spent six months shopping for the new "Babe" Dominic before he arrived. He was precious to her as well, and she spent as much time as she could with him.
Laurie can't thank her enough for watching her boys, Jesse and Josiah, whom Tammy loved so very much. Tammy found herself frequently juggling three, ummm, lively boys and enjoyed every precious minute.
She also did all she could to care for her dear mother, Karen Kifer.
She leaves two beautiful young grandchildren, Sawyer Lane Koch and Dominic Michael Manenti, as well as nephews Jesse Theodore Kifer, Josiah Ross Kifer, and Ryan Michael Kifer; and nieces Brianna Lynn Kifer, and Erin Leigh Kifer.
Not to be forgotten are many friends here in the Rochester area and in Hollywood, Florida, as well as many other places around the country.
She loved to garden, crochet and knit. She loved to hum, shop online, she loved her dog, Tater Tot and she loved to be in Florida. She loved to FaceTime with her daughter Erica who lives in Florida, she loved to play games on her phones with her sister Lauri in the middle of the night. She loved to talk to Dave and her adopted “daughter” from Florida, Krystal. She loved to do for others, sending out flowers to some ill friends just days before her death.
Our beautiful Tammy loved being one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She had faith in and served her God Jehovah to the end. Our dearest, loveliest daughter, wife, mother, sister, and friend, you are safe in Jehovah's memory now and in ours. We will see you in the coming resurrection in the promised Paradise. We are so grateful for your selfless, loving presence in our lives. Until we see you again..
