Obituary of Shirley F. Krause

Shirley Felmer Krause (Pashong) Byron: Born August 5, 1933, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday July 16, 2020 at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husband of 38 years William R. Krause, brothers Melvern (Shirley) Pashong, Douglas Pashong and parents Felmer Hartman Pashong and Walter Pashong. She is survived by her four children Darlene Krause Lang (Thomas) of Brockport, Jacquelyne Arcadi (Gary) of Lockport, Gregory Krause of Byron, Eric Krause of Byron, two grandchildren Thomas and Alyssa Ognibene of Batavia and brother Ronald (June) Pashong. Shirley and William were married on August 29, 1959 in the First Presbyterian Church in LeRoy, NY. Shirley worked mid-late 1950’s at Dusing and Hunt Inc. in LeRoy, NY. She was a homemaker for her family and loved gardening, reading, cooking and cats. Family will receive friends on Monday July 20, 2020 from 4-7 pm at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., 340 West Ave., Brockport. Per NYS guidelines masks and social distancing protocols will be followed. A private graveside service will be held in N. Byron Cemetery. Those wishing may contribute to the Byron Rescue Squad or Mercy Flight Inc.
