Helen Elizabeth Baltz "Betty" on May 3, 2011. Betty was born in Watertown, NY 2/17/1918 and lived much of her 93 years in Brockport, NY. Graduated from the University of Rochester. She worked in the executive offices of two major Rochester companies: Haloid/Xerox and Kodak. She enjoyed many activities: skiing, golfing, traveling, sailing and bicycling and had many philanthropic interests. She was the family center for many holiday gatherings. She was inquisitive, active, and FUN. Predeceased by parents Layton and Helen Baltz, brother John, sister in law Margaret. Survived by nieces and nephew: Liz (Bob) Nash of Missouri, Peg Baltz of Rochester, Anne Baltz of Brockport, Fletcher (Lisa) Baltz of Saratoga Springs; cousins Beverly Kuppel of Syracuse, Betsy Masek of Nevada, Jim (Judy) Adams of Virgina. She will be interned in a private ceremony. Please join in the remembrance of Betty at a memorial service Saturday June 4th at 11am at the First Presbyterian Church, 35 State Street Brockport, NY. Donations can be made in her memory to Humane Society of Rochester at (Lollypop.org) or the First Presbyterian Church of Brockport.
