What heartbreaking news. I got to know Joanne when I worked at her home (from '90-'99). She was an amazing woman. There was no one else quit like her. I still repeat some of her sayings, like "stay there, no move," when I set something down. Or "Moon, go home." She was well loved and will be terribly missed. I'm so sorry.

I have so many memories of Joanne but have to say our vacation in Virginia Beach was the most fun. joanne wanted to swim with the sharks, and as we slowly made our way out to sea on a boggie board, she almost did. What a blast. She is loved and will be deeply missed. there are many at CDS who will miss Jo and all she has brought to out lives.
