I want to thank everyone for their support through such a hard time. My dad meant so much to many people. He would be happy to see how many lives he touched and how many people cared for him and his family. Dad, you were my rock and my best friend. You were one of the most courageous and caring people I have ever known. I am so thankful and proud to have you as my father. I will miss you always and I love you more than words can describe.

To all the Bailey Family I send my deepest condolances. You are a close knit family and together will remain strong and keep Scott's memory alive. I figure God had an opening for a Gurardian Angel and choose Scott to fill the position. He will do a great job. Again, I am sooo sorry for your loss. God Bless all of you!

I would just like to thank everyone for all of the beautiful thoughts and memories that have been shared here for my brother, Scott. It makes the family feel so good to know that he touched so many people with his contagious laughter, selflessness, and genuine good spirit. He is now with our dad watching over all of us. He was a wonderful brother, son and father; he will truly be missed, but forever planted in our hearts.
I love you, Scott

I am thankful to have had a grandson whom always met me with a hug and a smile. I know that both Scotts have met in heaven where I will see them free from all cares. Bless you all, Gramma G.

I keep telling myslef this isn't true...reality hasn't hit me yet and the fact that you are gone.
We have so many good memories together. Like boating on the canal with trisha and sarah and the holidays we spent together as one. Trisha had so much fun when we would spend time at your house and so did I. You were one of the nicest, most generous guys i have ever met. Everyone you came in contact with throughout your unfortunately short life could say the same thing...I could keep going forever but i will see you someday and we could catch up then.
R.I.P Scott Bailey you will forever be in my heart.
~In loving memory~ Susan and Trisha

To the entire Bailey family, my prayers are with you right now. I met Scott over 30 yrs ago when he moved into Spencerport and we rode the same bus. What a great friend he was then! Everyday depending on the bus pick up we would save a seat for each other and sit together. I have many memories of life as friends back then. I still remember the night when he told me he and Sandy had gotten married. We ran into eachother at a movie rental place in Brockport. He was so happy telling me the news!I was so happy for them. I have so many wonderful memories of our families spending time together when the kids were younger. Just a month ago I ran into Scott and Justin @ the Millhouse. It had been a few years since we saw each other. He was beaming over sharing the photo of his newest grandchild. I'm so thankful for that moment last month @ the Millhouse seeing his smile and laugh. That is the Scott Bailey I have always known and remembered.

Scott this is so not real and so heart breaking at the same time. You were an amazing father and grandfather. You always helped everyone. Including me twice when you let me live at your house. Talyn even started calling you papa but it was bound to happen when I was over at your house more than my own. My last best memory with you was when I would come over on my hookie days from work and we would sit on the porch have some beers smoke our nasty cigarettes and talk about anything and everything with Sarah. But we did that all the time. You knew more about me then I knew you did sometimes... thank you sarah. Its so unreal that we won't be able to do that anymore. I'm so sorry you're gone and I will be there for Sarah like I always have been bc I know you knew how much I care about your family as if you were my own.

I never knew Scott, but I want to share my condolences with the family during this time of distress. When we lose someone we love, the feeling can be unbearable. In Acts 24:15, the family will experience the joy of reuniting with Scott again in a restore earth paradise.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for I too know the pain of losing someone you love. May your family find comfort as I have in knowing that our loving heavenly Father promises us that very soon, he will 'wipe out every tear from our eyes' and cause death to 'pass away' by means of his only-begotten son Jesus. (Revelation 21:4) What a wonderful day that will be!
