Our condelances to Penny's family. Penny completed 4 difficult wall papering jobs at our home in the past 15 years. She was a stitch, oh how we laughed. She had a great story everytime she came to our home, we loved to listen to her. She worked form sun up to sun down and because she was so perfect when executing these jobs, the wallpaper and borders look beautiful and new today, just like the day she finished them. I will miss her and her artistry. She was one in a million. Thank you for allowing me to spend time with her. Cindy Palmer

To Penny's Family: Penny was a wonderful lady. She did many painting projects for me over the last ten years. She was a perfectionist who made great suggestions that always made every job better. I always looked forward to our wonderful conversations about her family and her native Great Britain. My sincere sympathy to you all. I'm so glad I had the pleasaure of knowing her. She'll be greatly missed.
