Obituary of Jon Michael Dambra

Jon Michael Dambra unexpectedly passed at age 32 and is survived by his children Romeo Dambra and Leena Rivera, his parent’s that loved him more than words can express, John and Ramona Dambra, 

his brother’s Matthew and Nicholas Dambra, significant other Audrey Milliner, several aunts and uncles; Michael Hickey (Wendy) Antoinette Keenan (Sean), William Dambra (Corey), Daniel Hickey (Lisa), Dawn Dunlap,  grandparents:  Constance and John Hickey, Anne and Tom Kelly, and William and Rita Dambra.

Jon Michael has been described by many as a beautiful person. Some would say he was really smart, hard working, and eager to help even complete strangers.  He was kind hearted and gentle and always tried to help others. Jon Michael could light people up with his smile, wit, and caring nature. He was charismatic and his personality drew people to him.  His energy, joy, and compassion was contagious and spread to those around him. He enjoyed spending time boating and water sports  with his family at their summer home on Chautauqua Lake  He played soccer for the Brockport Blizzards and Brockport High School in his younger years.  Jon Michael was an avid video game player and shared this passion and talent with his brothers and his son.  His strongest talent and gift was his ability to share compassion, generosity, and joy with others.  Jon Michael was more than all these, he was truly beautiful!

Calling hours will be held Sunday, May 2, 2021 from 2 - 4 PM at Fowler Funeral Home, Inc.

Funeral Mass will be held Monday, May 3, 2021 at 11 AM at the Church of Nativity BVM, 152 Main St. Brockport, NY 14420

Interment will be held privately

In memory of Jon an account has been set up for his children Romeo Dambra and Leena Rivera

Any monies donated to this account will be split evenly between his children and deposited into the Greece Credit Union to be used for their education.
